1. Introduction :
Expandable graphite is a kind of flexible graphite product obtained from high-quality natural flake graphite produced by our company through special modification. It is an ideal new sealing material.
Expandable graphite/Expanded graphite is used in the production of flame retardant coatings, rubber engineering products and polymer materials with fire-resistant properties
It is widely used in dynamic and static sealing in petroleum, chemical industry, electric power industry, aviation, automobile, ship, instrument and other industries.
After instantaneous treatment at high temperature, the expandable graphite becomes vermicular in scale shape, and the volume can expand 100-400 times.
This expandable graphite still maintains the properties of natural graphite, and has good molding plasticity, flexibility, ductility and sealing.

4. Application :
Sealing materials: compared with traditional sealing materials such as asbestos rubber, flexible graphite prepared from expanded graphite has good plasticity, resilience and lubricity, and is light, conductive, heat conductive, high temperature resistant and acid and alkali resistant. It is used in aerospace, machinery, electronics, nuclear energy, petrochemical, electric power, shipbuilding, smelting and other industries;
Environmental protection and biomedicine: expanded graphite obtained by high temperature expansion has rich pore structure, good adsorption performance, lipophilic and hydrophobic, good chemical stability and renewable reuse;
